· The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, some holidays, and weekends

· Must have an ability to maintain a positive attitude

· Must be well organized

· Strong communication skills are a must

Responsibilities

· A Receptionist is responsible for creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse

· A Receptionist will greet members with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each experience when entering the clubhouse

· Greeting each member with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each clubhouse experience

· Greeting members/guest

· Managing security and telecommunications systems

· Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence

· Transferring calls as necessary

· Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

· Managing meeting room availability

· Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail

· Taking reservations for dining

· Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing

Job description

Title: Receptionist

Reports to: Club Manager

Part time position

$13 – $16 hourly (based on experience)

A Receptionist is responsible for creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse. A Receptionist will greet members with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each experience when entering the clubhouse.
