Position Description

Provides support services to club management and Villa guest.
Phone duties, member requests, and Villa check-in and check outs while on duty. Applicant must be willing to work weekends and night

Job task:
Performs general office tasks which include answering the telephone, receptionist, taking dining, special event and Villa reservations
Maintains general correspondence
Receives and screens visitors
Must have some computer skills
