Title: Pastry
Cook
Reports to: Executive Pastry Chef
Overview:
The Pastry Cook prepares
all baked goods and desserts and makes sure servers deliver each dish to
customers in a timely manner. The Pastry
Cook is responsible for that station's workflow and getting the prep list
completed in a timely and efficient manner, as well as plated desserts and
orders out to guests on time. They oversee the baking process from start to
finish and determine how much time each step requires. The Pastry
Cook must be organized and self-motivated to uphold the high standards set in
place by coworkers and management.
