Position Description

Must have knowledge of:
General Computer, Email, Typing, Microsoft Office, Dealership Experience is a PLUS and or Warranty Administrator is a PLUS.

Job Description:
Processes warranty claims on a timely basis.

Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.

Verifies criteria required by manufacture.

Reconciles all warranty receivables with payment through the appropriate accounting schedule(s).

Post credits through dealership's data computer system.

Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization for management to write them off.

Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.

Proper archiving of service records.

Keeps informed of Factory recalls, Bulletins and Procedural changes.

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

Completes Dealership and Manufacturers training standards as required.

Assists in booking repair orders as needed.
