1. Provide
customer service. Communicate effectively with internal and external
customers to determine their parts needs
2. Perform
weekly cycle counts to maximize inventory accuracy
3. Assist
Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians to ensure timely turnaround
of parts to be utilized for work orders
4. Assist
customers by phone, internet, and in person with price quotes and part sales
5. Maintain
on orderly, clean, and professional parts areas
6. Requires
weekend work
7. Other
duties as assigned.
