Real Estate Development / Classic Homes
Responsibilities
·
Help managers & superintendents with
document management, project filing, plan copies, etc.
·
Coordinate/maintain sub & vendor
insurance documents and subcontract forms
·
Coordinate
and assist field personnel with punch list and warranty work follow up
·
Assist
with project follow up, to include material delivery status, work schedules,
and other items as needed
·
Communicate
with and provide support for current and potential customers as needed
·
Schedule
internal and external meetings
·
Provide
general support to managers and field personnel
ARC Responsibilities
·
Serve as point of contact for ARC applicants
and related questions
·
Assemble & distribute agendas for ARC
meetings
·
Prepare and send out follow up letters
after ARC meetings, with comments from the meeting
·
Help coordinate on-site meetings between
applicants and ARC field representatives.
·
Follow up with applicants on
needed/incomplete ARC approval information.
·
Be familiar with and be able to field
questions about development guidelines & covenants.
·
Organize and maintain ARC filing system
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
·
Excellent computer skills especially in
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook.
·
Good organizational and time management
skills.
·
Ability to communicate effectively and be
able to multi-task proficiently
·
Must be friendly and outgoing
·
Prior experience in a construction/real
estate related industry is preferred but not required
·
Familiarity with basic accounting practices
is a plus
