Position Description

Skills - software, excel, word, power point, accounting software
Various office equipment - computer, calculator, copier, fax, postage machine, check imager
Daily/monthly/quarterly, annual duties include
General accounting and bookkeeping duties performed within specific guidelines, policies, deadlines
Bank reconciliation
Cash management
General ledger - journal entries and GL reporting
Accounts Payable - coding and recording expense invoices, cash requirements, printing checks, reconcile vendor statements
Accounts Receivable - invoicing, billing, statements, payments, collections, reconcile general ledger for customer invoice file
Customer service
Word orders
Inventory accounting and year end, physical inventory verification
Preparation of Financial reports
Auditing and analyzing skills to solve/corrections
Basic Tax Returns
Business License and Vehicle Registrations/Tags
Oral and Written Communications Skills
No Supervisory responsibilities

Degree in accounting/minor in computer science or considerable experience
